Products

We sell vintage and antique lighting fixtures. Each item is unique and may show normal signs of age and use. Product descriptions, dimensions, and condition are provided on each product page.

Prices
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Costs and Order Confirmation
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the item and the destination country. After the purchase request, the customer will receive a shipping quote. The order will be confirmed only after the customer accepts the total price including shipping costs.

Payment

Payments are processed through secure payment methods available at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and shipping company. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. In all cases, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, the customer must contact us at artedesign161@gmail.com.

Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or not as described.

Legal Guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771. In case of defective or non-conforming products, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund where applicable. For used or vintage goods, the legal guarantee is limited to 12 months under Article 134 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted via email to artedesign161@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 working days.

Contract Conclusion
The sales contract is considered concluded only after the seller confirms the order via email and the customer accepts the total price including shipping costs.

Contract Duration
The contract is considered completed once the goods have been delivered to the customer.

The contract duration is limited to the time necessary to fulfill the order and complete delivery.

Privacy
Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
