Shipping and Delivery Times:

We ship worldwide, all items are carefully packed and prepared for shipment due to their fragile and large nature.

Estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 10–20 business days
• Europe: 10–25 business days
• International: 15–30 business days

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Italy: 2–5 business days

European Union: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the item, destination, and shipping company.

The maximum delivery time, unless otherwise agreed, is 30 days from order confirmation, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Large and fragile items may require additional handling time for professional packaging and safe transport.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Upon delivery, the customer must check the package and report any visible damage to the carrier on the delivery note. Otherwise, transport insurance may not apply.

The online order constitutes a purchase request. The sales contract is concluded only after the total price including shipping has been confirmed and accepted by the customer.

Customs Duties: For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), the maximum delivery time is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
