Additional Item Information - Rare Murano Glass ‘Reticello’ Glass Chandelier 1920/40’s Murano Glass bronze fittings Height 77 cm Width 66 cm Features 5 lights Requires E14 light bulbs New wiring installed compatible with UK EUROPE USA The technique used for this chandelier is one of the most famous ones called “reticello”. In Italian, this literally means “a small net”, and this is precisely the effect one sees when looking at this technique. This variation requires extreme patience and mastery. Just as the classic filigree murano Glass technique, the reticello follows the same steps, only with two glass cores wrapped inside the glass canes.
